A Boho Dream for a Sweet 16 Surprise

Our mission: transform a teenage girl's bedroom into the boho-inspired retreat she had always dreamed of—as a surprise for her Sweet 16. With a short but thoughtful list of her favorite things, we took the reins and brought her vision to life.

Entrusted by our client to handle every detail, we curated a space that would feel both fresh and personal. The reveal was truly special—mother and daughter saw the completed room for the very first time together.

Though primarily a decorating project, we added subtle architectural interest with shiplap on the headboard wall, setting the tone for a textured, layered look. From soft linen bedding and macramé plant hangers to a calming, earthy color palette, every detail was chosen to reflect a laid-back bohemian vibe—cozy, serene, and unmistakably her.
